1. Who we are and acceptance of terms

Mitrata is operated by Mitr Companies Pty Ltd (ABN 96 689 165 240) (we, us, our). Mitrata is an independent software research directory.

These Terms govern your use of the Mitrata website at mitrata.au and any related subdomains (the Service). By accessing or using the Service you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the service

Mitrata is an independent software research directory. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), or the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

Listings, verification labels (including verified and ai_researched), and other status indicators mean that information was researched from public sources at a point in time. They are not endorsements, recommendations, or compliance certifications. Information may change after publication.

You must always verify information directly with the relevant software vendor before relying on it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any listing.

3. No professional advice

All content, comparisons, ROI estimates, guides, and other material on Mitrata is general information only. It is not financial, legal, clinical, NDIS compliance, or other professional advice. You should obtain independent professional advice tailored to your circumstances before making decisions based on information from Mitrata.

4. Affiliate links and commissions

Some links on Mitrata may be affiliate links. Where a visitor clicks an affiliate link and subsequently purchases or signs up for a product, we may receive a commission or referral fee from the vendor at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence listing rankings, ratings, or editorial content. We do not accept payment for rankings.

5. Vendor listings

Software vendors may submit or claim listings. Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide. We may edit, moderate, reclassify, or remove any listing at our discretion, including where information is inaccurate, misleading, or out of date.

A listing on Mitrata does not constitute a recommendation or endorsement of the vendor or its products.

6. Acceptable use

You must not, without our prior written consent:

• scrape, crawl, or extract data from Mitrata using automated tools;
• frame, mirror, or embed the Service on another website;
• copy, reproduce, or commercially reuse content from Mitrata; or
• use the Service in a way that breaches any law or infringes another party's rights.

You may share links to Mitrata pages and use the Service for personal, non-commercial research.

7. Intellectual property

The Mitrata name, logo, design, and original content are owned by Mitr Companies Pty Ltd. Third-party trademarks, product names, and logos shown in listings belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes only.

You may not use the Mitrata name, logo, or content without our prior written consent, except for linking to pages on the Service.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other law that cannot be lawfully excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for breach of a non-excludable guarantee is limited, at our option, to resupplying the services or paying the cost of having them resupplied.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mitr Companies Pty Ltd, its officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for any loss or damage (including indirect, consequential, or economic loss) arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or any information on it. This includes loss arising from inaccurate listings, broken links, or decisions made based on content on Mitrata.

10. Third-party websites

Mitrata links to external websites operated by software vendors and other third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of those websites. Accessing third-party websites is at your own risk.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The last updated date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia.
